BESIDE MILK
The milk produced by our cows surely represents our most important raw material, but it isn’t the only one. We saw particular cereals such as spelt and other kind of corn to make the flour necessary for our fresh, dry and stuffed pasta. Our noteworthy ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta are realized with Fior di Ricotta and spelt flour, produced in our farm.
Hives with several family of bees are placed in the most isolated land, rich of local arboreal essences, such as cherry, wild chestnut and acacia: form these bees we obtain honey sold in our points of sale.
