Taste Room
Located on the beautiful hills of Mugello, in the ancient Palace of Ubaldini family, Palagiaccio invites you to taste its fresh and genuine products, its plain cooking, based on what the courtyard, the poultry pen, the vegetable garden, the fields could offer.
In the recently renovated Taste Room it is possible to taste more than 30 different kinds of cheese produced in the adjoining dairy, together with excellent wines, for a wine-gastronomic experience, in equilibrium between rusticity and polish, the real essence of cultural and gastronomic roots of this company.
